Common questions
What does a site cost?
A one-page Digital Business Card is RM2,200. The SME Growth Package, up to eight pages, is RM5,800. An E-Commerce Starter store begins at RM9,800, with the final figure confirmed after a short conversation about your catalogue. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks for a Digital Business Card, three to four for an SME Growth site, four to six for a store. The date is agreed in writing alongside the price before the build starts, and it holds as long as the scope does.
How does payment work?
Half up front, which books your build date, and half on your approval before the site goes live. There is no hourly billing in between and no invoice you did not agree to first. Prices exclude SST where applicable.
Do I need to prepare anything before I get in touch?
No. You do not need a brief, a sitemap, or written copy. Two lines about what you sell and who buys it is enough to start — we ask the rest of the questions and write the scope with you.
Do you handle the domain and hosting?
Yes. Domain, hosting, SSL and a business email address are all included for the first year. After that they run on an annual renewal — RM480 for a one-page site, RM780 for a multi-page one, RM1,200 for a store — which also covers version history and uptime monitoring.
Am I locked in?
No. You own the domain and the source code outright, and hosting runs month to month as part of your renewal. If you ever decide to leave, both transfer to you at no charge — there is no exit fee and nothing to unpick.
Can I get changes made after the site is live?
Yes. Anything reported in the first 30 days gets a reply within 48 hours. On the Growth and store packages you can edit your own text and images without calling us at all, and every change made to the site is recorded, so it can be rolled back to any earlier version. Larger additions are quoted the same way the build was — a fixed figure agreed before the work starts.
Why hand-coded instead of WordPress or Wix?
A hand-written site loads faster, has no plugins to break or update, and nothing on the page that you did not ask for. It also means the layout is built around your business rather than your business being fitted into a template.
Do you work with businesses outside Klang Valley?
Yes — anywhere in Malaysia. The whole process runs over WhatsApp and email, so where you are makes no difference to the price or the timeline.
